Therapy with Stephanie Day Morfitt


Life is hard to navigate especially if you are having difficulty communicating with others, constantly feel like anxious, are grieving, or having family and relationship problems.

I believe it is helpful to have a space where you can share your story and what is going on for you. Together, we will have a better understanding why you feel the way you do, and how that connects to what is going on in your life. Understanding yourself and those around you leads to change.  This can happen in short-term or long-term therapy.

I value kindness, compassion, sensitivity, and directness while being an active participant to share my knowledge and give feedback in a non-judgmental way.

 

 

I believe that: 

  • People have many contradicting thoughts and feelings. We live in a world where it can be hard to manage them all.

  • Relationships are worth working on. People can learn to talk with more kindness and listen with more love.

  • People have the right to make their own choices. It is important to honor that.
