Who Do I Work With?

I specialize in working with adults — ages 24 and up —who are navigating anxiety, depression, and patterns of self-criticism. Many of my clients are high-achieving professionals, caregivers, or creatives who seem to have it all together on the outside but are quietly overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or disconnected from themselves. Common themes include people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, indecisiveness, and relentless overthinking.

Mindful Self-Compassion – for cultivating a gentler, kinder inner voice using the work from Dr. Kristin Neff

Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM) – to regulate the nervous system and support trauma recovery developed by Elaine Miller-Karas, LCSW, and Laurie Leitch, PhD

Sessions blend insight, emotional processing, and practical tools you can use right away.

Brief between-session practices help deepen the impact of our work to lead to more rapid recovery.
