Who Do I Work With?

I specialize in working with women — ages 25 and up —who are navigating anxiety, relationship problems, and patterns of self-criticism. Many of my clients are high-achieving professionals, caregivers, or creatives who seem to have it all together on the outside but are quietly overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or disconnected from themselves. Common themes include people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, indecisiveness, and relentless overthinking.

  • Private Pay Rates: $190 per 60 minute session

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Check, Venmo, & Zelle

  • Debit, Credit & HSA Cards run through Alma with a 2.4% + $0.30 processing fee

  • Sliding Scale available for those experiencing financial hardship

Therapeutic Approach

Our work is a collaborative and personalized experience, guided by your needs, goals, and values. My primary approach is TEAM-CBT, an evidence-based model created by Dr. David Burns that helps shift unhelpful thinking patterns into more balanced thoughts, often leading to significant improvement in about 12 weeks.

In addition to TEAM-CBT, I also draw from other approaches when they are helpful for your goals:

Interpersonal Work – to strengthen connection and empower you to be yourself in relation to others using The 5 Secrets of Effective Communication


Mindful Self-Compassion – to cultivate a gentler, kinder inner voice using the work of Dr. Kristin Neff


Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM) – to regulate the nervous system and support trauma recovery, developed by Elaine Miller-Karas, LCSW, and Laurie Leitch, PhD

Sessions blend insight, emotional processing, and practical tools you can use right away. Brief between-session practices help deepen the impact of our work and lead to more rapid recovery.
