Who Do I Work With?
I specialize in working with adults—typically ages 24 and up—who are navigating anxiety, depression, and patterns of self-criticism. Many of my clients are high-achieving professionals, caregivers, or creatives who seem to have it all together on the outside but are quietly overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or disconnected from themselves. Common themes include people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, indecisiveness, and relentless overthinking.
While my focus is on individual adult therapy, I occasionally work with children, teens, and couples when appropriate. Every person I work with brings a unique story, and I tailor my approach to reflect that. My practice is inclusive, affirming, and rooted in deep respect for each client’s identity, background, and lived experience.

Private Pay Rates
- Individual Sessions: $190 per session
- Couples Sessions: $225 per session.Sliding Scale is available for those attending sessions 2 - 3 times per month.
Sliding Scale (Weekly Sessions)
- Individual: $165 per session
- Couples: $200 per session.Accepted Payment Methods: Venmo, Zelle.
